Said it would take 3 to 4 days to get the part in and didn’t expect my washing machine to get fixed till the following week. He got the part in 3 days and fixed it the day he got the part. QCT did an excellent job! My dishwasher wasn’t draining and needed a new pump. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, and fixed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. Your technician arrived at my house the same day and fixed the problem without delay. I was astonished by the technician’s implementation of the COVID policy and beyond pleased with the service and professionalism he provided (covering his shoes, wearing a mask properly, and maintaining social distancing).
